Sims tells OK! Magazine that she used to doubt herself in the gym, but is working to ease her fears. "I used to be that girl who wouldn't pick up the two-pound weights at SoulCycle with the fear that I'd bulk [up]," Sims has admitted. "That mentality has shifted drastically."

Sims says to OK! Magazine that to stay in shape, she commits to a lot of different plans and steps, and encourages others to do the same. "There's not one thing. People think like, 'Oh, if you just do this, you'll get this,' but it doesn't really work like that. It just doesn't."

She Motivates Herself

Sims tells Shape that she bribes herself to stick to her healthy habits and routines. "I'm going to get up every morning at 6:30 to work out," she explains. "Then, when I've kept with it all week, I give myself something I really want, like a new handbag or a piece of jewelry I'm coveting."
