She's A Fan Of Intermittent Fasting
According to Women's Health, Sims is one of many celebrities who is a fan of the intermittent fasting plan, which involves putting off eating until a certain time each day.
She Loves Avocados
Sims is a big fan of eating healthy? One of her favorite foods? Avocados. However, she admits that she wasn't always a fan of the food. "I would have never eaten an avocado 10 years ago if you paid me," Sims tells Health. Sims says that the food helps her avoid unhealthy cravings and binge eating. "Instead of binging [and] not eating all day, eat it and then you won't binge."
She Reduces, But Doesn't Eliminate, Carbs
Sims tells Health that her diet includes limiting her carb intake. However, she hasn't ut the ingredient out of her life completely. "I do think you have to have carbs," she says. "You can't live. You can't eat only [saturated] fat because then it's gonna corrode your arteries. So I think it's a really big balance, and just trying the best to be healthy, but also happy."
She Plans Her Meals In Advance
Sims tells Allure that she likes to decide her snacks and meals ahead of time, and that this method helped her lose the pregnancy weight. "I literally make my snacks on a Sunday if I'm traveling on a Tuesday, and I'll pack them before I leave. Or I'll look at the menu of a restaurant we plan on going to beforehand, and I'll say, 'OK, we're getting tacos on Tuesday, so we're going meatless on Monday.'"
She CoolSculpts
Sims tells Allure that when losing her last big of pregnancy weight, she turned to the process known as CoolSculpting. "I went to my derm, and I said, 'Is there anything else I can do? I can't do any more sit-ups.' And she was like, 'Yeah, we have this new thing called CoolScultping [a procedure that uses controlled cooling to freeze fat cells].'"
