Model Molly Sims, 48, just posted a new swimsuit photo on Instagram from a vacation in Venice, Italy. In the photo, Sims is sitting in the pool, sipping a cocktail, and wearing a red one-piece swimsuit. "I'm missing my babies soooooo much," said the mother of three. 1. She Circuit Trains
In 2020, Sims posted a video to her Instagram of her 20 minute circuit training routine. She captioned the video, “On good days, workout. On bad days, workout harder.” Sims listed her circuit training exercises in the post, which include tricep dips, squat jumps, leg raises, lateral bends, and burpees. Sims also uses ankle and wrist weights for each exercise.
2. She Only Eats In A Certain Time Frame

Sims told OK! Magazine, that when she wants to lose weight, she only eats during a certain time period each day. "I will normally not eat much past 6:30 or 7 p.m. because I find that it's easier to lose weight," she explained. Sims says she tries to eat her meals between noon and 7 pm.
3. She Goes Easy On Herself, And Finds Balance
Sims told OK! Magazine that she doesn’t diet and avoids weighing herself. "I truly, truly don't like the word 'diet,'" she said. "I don't even like the scale. I use a pair of jeans — the jeans don't lie!" Sims also said that she isn’t too hard on herself when it comes to eating, and isn’t afraid to indulge. "Sometimes, when you take everything away, that's the moment when you absolutely go crazy and want whatever you're craving. So of course I indulge!"
4. She Drinks A Smoothie Every Morning

For breakfast, Sims always makes a smoothie. She shared her recipe with The Newsette, writing, “I love making a delicious green smoothie to start the day and always use fairlife ultra-filtered 2% milk because it has 50% more protein, 30% more calcium, and 50% less sugar than conventional milk. An easy go-to recipe is nutritious milk, mango, pineapple, banana, kale and ice. I also add a scoop of collagen powder from Ancient Nutrition.”
5. She Has A Home Gym, And A Personal Trainer

Sims likes to start her day off by working out in a home gym, with her personal trainer. Sims told The Newsette that she works out every morning at 6 am. She says, “I head downstairs, where I meet my trainer from Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body in my home gym. I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me.”
