She Does Kundalini Yoga
"I…got deeply into Kundalini yoga which I've practiced for almost 12 years, but I went almost everyday while I was pregnant and had a very transformational experience practicing it so intensely with my teacher whom I love and adore—Tej at Nine Treasures Yoga," she told Romy and the Bunnies. "Yoga incorporates all four motions of the spine: flexion, extension, rotation and side-bending. Therefore, yoga can prevent stiffness and disuse that also can occur with age. Being able to control the available range of motion in joints is crucial to good posture and decreasing the risk of injury," says the Mayo Clinic.
"L.A. is amazing for healthy living and I'm very much a creature of habit, so I tend to frequent the same spots," she told Romy and the Bunnies. "The Earth Bar is an amazing juice bar I discovered while I was pregnant, and I became really addicted to their shakes and juices. I am a profound believer that you can heal and nourish your body with everything from the earth and heal almost anything with nature."
She's an Inspiration
Mazur frequently peppers her instagram captions with inspirational phrases. Recent example:
"Read a book.
Put your phone down.
Do something nice for someone else today.
Listen to what others think.
Tell someone you appreciate them.
Wherever you are, be there completely.
She Once Did Fight Training
Want a flashback? Mazur was in the motorcycle heist movie Torque, alongside Adam Scott and Ice Cube. "Yep, we trained for a month. We went to motorcycle training, weight training, fight training, boxing – you name it, we did it," she said in 2004. She didn't keep up with the motorcycle but said at the time "I still work out quite a bit."
She Relaxes in Jamaica

We went for New Years and to celebrate my boyfriend's mother's 80th birthday," she told Mother. "Spending three magical days at Golden Eye in Ocho Rios with my kids and family with absolutely nothing to do but swim, play backgammon, volleyball (a newly learned sport for me hahaha) and eat… a lot."
