1. No Dieting

Brown doesn’t follow any specific diets or fads. "I drink two liters of water per day, but I never follow a food plan as such because I don’t think they’re very good,” she says. “We all have busy lives, with pressures, why would you want to do that to yourself too? I wouldn’t stick to it and I’d end up being disappointed with myself. I just eat healthy when I can. And if I want a burger from time to time I will."
2. Honey For Sweetness

Brown has switched from sugar to agave. "For the past year, I’ve found it hard to cut out sugar,” she says. “But now I’ve started to use agave honey in my porridge and tea. I've got such a sweet tooth, though, so it’s tough cutting out the pick n mix."
3. No Alcohol

Brown rarely drinks alcohol, saying she feels better without it. “Overall, a sober life has a wide array of benefits, including improved physical and mental health,” according to American Addiction Centers. “Quitting alcohol may even reverse some of the damage that alcohol can have on your body.”
4. Hiking

Brown has continued to get plenty of walking and hiking throughout her pregnancy. “The nice thing about hiking is that it exists along an entire continuum, from a gentle walk on a flat wooded path to mountain climbing,” says cardiologist Dr. Aaron Baggish. “There’s a real sense of peace and composure you get from being outside and away from everything.”
5. Lots of Vegetables
Brown enjoys plenty of vegetables as part of her daily diet. "I don’t tend to exclude foods but I try not to have refined carbs for dinner,” she says. And I try to stick to between five and seven fruit and veg portions a day. It’s quite easy for me as I’ll have it with my porridge or in a shake."
