1. She Strength Trains
Brown has posted some of her gym and workout routines on Instagram, and apparently she is a big fan of strength training. In this reel, Brown is seen bouncing a weighted ball, pulling cables down, and lifting a dumbbell. In this video, Brown is seen doing oblique curls and dumbbell squats. "Research shows that a single set of 12 to 15 repetitions with the proper weight can build muscle efficiently in most people and can be as effective as three sets of the same exercise. As long as you take the muscle you are working to fatigue — meaning you can't lift another repetition — you are doing the work necessary to make the muscle stronger. And fatiguing at a higher number of repetitions means you likely are using a lighter weight, which will make it easier for you to control and maintain correct form," says the Mayo Clinic.
2. She Avoids Negativity

Brown likes to share words of wisdom and life lessons with her followers on Instagram. In this post, Brown revealed that she avoids negativity and people who bring it. The quote she posted was, “As you get older, the only thing you really need is good people around you. People that support you, people that make you the best version of yourself, and most importantly, people that respect who you are and your boundaries. Some people just don’t deserve your time and energy.” Brown captioned the post, “Now repeat after me, it’s 2022 and no time for negative energy/ people. Life is too short.”

Another inspirational quote Brown shared on Instagram was about how she remains grateful for what she has accomplished. The quote was, “If you’re in a spot where you feel your life is stagnant and you wake up questioning your purpose and your future. Kill your negative vibe with gratitude and appreciate where you are right now.”
