1. She Started Her Day With Cardio
When preparing to appear on Love Island, Brown told Closer that she did a lot of cardio in the mornings to prepare. "I'd start the day with fasted cardio – spinning or running for an hour before eating breakfast. I’d do hill sprints, too."
2. She Doesn’t Stick To A Specific Diet Plan

Brown tells Women’s Health UK that she doesn’t stick to a specific diet, as she thinks it is unrealistic and unhealthy for her. “I never follow a food plan as such because I don’t think they’re very good. We all have busy lives, with pressures, why would you want to do that to yourself too? I wouldn’t stick to it and I’d end up being disappointed with myself.”
3. She Eats Healthy, But Indulges When She Wants To

Brown tells Women’s Health UK that she makes sure to keep her diet healthy, but she also isn’t afraid to indulge. “I just eat healthy when I can. And if I want a burger from time to time I will."
4. She Stays Hydrated

5. She Substitutes Sugar With Agave

Brown tells Women’s Health UK that she has a big sweet tooth, so she has to find alternatives to satisfy her cravings. One of her solutions is subbing sugar with agave. "For the past year, I’ve found it hard to cut out sugar. But now I’ve started to use agave honey in my porridge and tea.”
