Love Island star Montana Rose Brown spent her holiday in Barbados. And she managed to get some stunning photos while she was there. Brown posted one photo of herself posing on the stairs right by the ocean. She wore a black one-piece swimsuit and a white hat, looking gorgeous. Her caption: "Barbados was dreamy but now time to work hard and kick it HARD this year. My New Years resolutions are to be more disciplined with the things I have to do but don't want to, carve out more time for things that I love doing like playing netball, get back into playing piano and golf. She Started Her Day With Cardio

When preparing to appear on Love Island, Brown told Closer that she did a lot of cardio in the mornings to prepare. "I'd start the day with fasted cardio – spinning or running for an hour before eating breakfast. I'd do hill sprints, too."

She Doesn't Stick To A Specific Diet Plan

Brown tells Women's Health UK that she doesn't stick to a specific diet, as she thinks it is unrealistic and unhealthy for her. "I never follow a food plan as such because I don't think they're very good. We all have busy lives, with pressures, why would you want to do that to yourself too? I wouldn't stick to it and I'd end up being disappointed with myself."

She Eats Healthy, But Indulges When She Wants To

Brown tells Women's Health UK that she makes sure to keep her diet healthy, but she also isn't afraid to indulge. "I just eat healthy when I can. And if I want a burger from time to time I will."

She Stays Hydrated

Brown tells Women's Health UK that staying hydrated is extremely important to her. "I drink two litres of water per day," she says.

She Substitutes Sugar With Agave

Brown tells Women's Health UK that she has a big sweet tooth, so she has to find alternatives to satisfy her cravings. One of her solutions is subbing sugar with agave. "For the past year, I've found it hard to cut out sugar. But now I've started to use agave honey in my porridge and tea."
