One way Roy likes to stay in shape is by practicing yoga. She encouraged her followers to do so in this Instagram post. "It is so important to include yoga in daily life for a person's body, mind and soul," she wrote. "Start slow and steady, simple things, what your body can adapt quickly, slowly you'll see your body and mind asking for more. Replace the craving for bad with the good. Slow & steady. One tiny change at a time."
She Practices Meditation
In the same post, Roy also revealed that she practices meditation along with yoga. She says that it has helped her gain a positive mindset."Can't begin to explain how yoga and meditation has helped change my mindset and in turn has brought a positive impact on my body," she wrote.
She Dances
Roy loves to dance and takes dance classes. She posted this video on Instagram of herself working with a choreographer. Roy captioned the video, "Sing for the joy of it, Dance for the joy of it, Live for the joy of it!"
She Drinks Two Glasses Of Hot Water A Day
Roy revealed her typical diet and wellness routines in this video with Pinkvilla. She says that she likes to start her day with the popular hot water. She also revealed that she has two glasses of water with different ingredients each morning. "I wake up and have water with Haldi, within a half hour I have water with cinnamon powder."
She's Cutting Out Coffee
Roy is trying to cut some things out of her diet. She tells Pinkvilla that she likes to drink a lot of coffee each day, but is trying to get rid of this. "I used to have three cups of coffee, which I have cut down to one," she says. "But I'm trying to get rid of that as well."
