1. She Boxes On Mondays
Klass revealed her weekly wellness routine to You.co. In it, she broke down what she does each day to stay in shape. On Mondays, Klass says that she aims to workout right away to shake off the weekend, and she has a go to. “Boxing is ideal for a Monday morning,” she says. “I get a good sweat and wake myself up.”
2. She Weight Trains On Wednesdays

Klass likes to strength train, and she tells You.co that she usually does this in the middle of the week. “I usually feel the pain by Wednesday – it’s good pain though! This will be a strength day from my fitness programme, using my sandbell. It’s really effective and versatile as well as user-friendly for your home – no one wants to drop a dumbbell on their floor!”
3. She Keeps Herself In Check

Even on days when she doesn’t workout, Klass aims to be active and eat healthy. She tells You.co that she always reminds herself to do certain things. “I’ll make mental notes through the day though to take the stairs instead of the lift or escalators, and not to go crazy with my snacking when I’m doing shoots or in meetings.
4. She Still Eats Healthy On Rest Days

Klass tells You.co that Thursdays are usually her rest days. She says that she still aims to be healthy on those days. “I take this as my rest day, but I make sure I fill up on juice, water, veg and chicken and protein. These foods are all good for energy as by the end of the week I feel tired and start thinking about reaching for chocolate!
5. She No Longer Cares About Her Appearance

Klass revealed to The Scottish Sun that her priorities have naturally changed since she became a mother. One thing that she has changed is how she views her body. She says that she doesn’t care about her appearance and her weight anymore. “I had to prioritise my family,” she says. “I just thought, ‘I don’t have time to worry if you think my bum looks big in this’.”
