She Watches Her Portions

Klass opened up about her wellness routine to Express. She says that one thing she does to stay healthy is watching her portions. "You've got to be realistic," she says. "I try and move and I make sure that I watch my portions, that's what I have to careful with. Filipino culture is minimum two plates, sometimes go up for a third just to show that you've enjoyed that meal. But that can play havoc."

Klass says to Express that she doesn't cut out carbs completely. However, she pays attention to how much she eats. "Definitely watch your carb intake if you want to lose weight. Don't cut it out all together but because then you only have to look at a potato and you doomed when you go back on them."

She Resistance Trains

Klass revealed some of her favorite exercises to Express. She says that resistance training is one of her go-to exercises. "Resistance training instead of cardio not only uses up calories while you workout, but also demands more energy to repair your body once your session is over."

She Wants To Inspire Others

Klass tells Express that she wants to inspire other women to stay in shape. She even has her own fitness guide. "I wanted to create a programme that doesn't just show women what moves to do, but to be a long-term guide – it is hard work but it is maintainable, not a lifestyle overhaul but small manageable changes to help women stay fit and see real results. This isn't just about weight loss."

She's Consistent With Skincare

Klass has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells The Daily Star that she always remembers to take care of her skin. Even when she's on vacation. "Just because you are on holiday, you shouldn't let your routine slide. I continue to exfoliate, lotion, exfoliate and lotion every single day – that's about it. And maybe I'll use a face mask in the evenings."
