British beauty Myleene Klass has never been afraid to show off her figure, and she still looks amazing despite being a mom in her 40s. Klass’ most recent Instagram post is proof of this. 1. She Empowers Women
In 2018, just after her 40th birthday, Klass launched her first ever fitness DVD, called “My Body.” She said to Hello!, "I filmed 'MyBody' so that women would feel empowered, confident and capable of anything they set their mind to. I have been asked to do a fitness DVD for years but have never felt it was the right time until now. After having two children, I wanted to help other mums and busy women find a way to stay fit that works for them."
2. She Stays Motivated

Klass says that she is extremely motivated to stay healthy, and she tells Hello! that her family is her main motivation. "I want to stay fit for my girls and set an example to them. I want to feel strong.”

Klass tells Hello! that boxing is one of her favorite ways to exercise. "I've incorporated boxing into the workout because I love how it makes me feel afterwards."
4. She Doesn’t Diet

"What's the point of dieting your entire life just to fit into those jeans and then, when that has worked out, it all goes back on again?” Klass says that she decides to focus on realistic ways to stay healthy. “I just wanted something to be effective and that you can maintain.”
5. She Loves Yogurt

Klass says to Hello! that she goes through a lot of different ways to stay healthy, and that she is currently a fan of eating yogurt. “At the moment, little pots of yoghurt, big pots of yoghurt, yoghurt on everything. It's my fad at the minute."
