1. She Wants To Inspire Her Kids
One of Klass’ motivations for staying healthy is for her kids. Specifically, she says that she wants her kids to have healthy body images as they grow up. Klass tells Women’s Health that she makes sure to be an inspiration when she’s in front of them. “I don’t want my children to have a bad body image, so I don’t want them to see me sitting there sucking in my stomach or looking at myself negatively.”

Klass tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t believe in going on diets, or denying herself indulgences. “I used to do that whole thing of, ‘I’m not going to go near chocolate’ and all that happens is that three days later it’s all I’m craving and I just go mental.” Klass says that she doesn’t even use the word “diet” in her vocabulary. “I won’t even call a Diet Coke by its name – in my house it’s known as a ‘DC.’”

Klass tells Women’s Health that she has learned to accept her body for what it is, and has learned to work with it. “I'm not naturally slim. I’m 5ft 5in and I’m not a model. Because I’m not a model, I’ve learnt to make the best of what I’ve got – short legs and bandy arms and a long back and terrible posture, but I don’t wish to be anything else.”
4. She Takes Changes To Her Diet Slowly

Klass tells The Sun that she has made changes to her diet, but does them slowly over time. “You don’t need to overhaul what you eat. Slowly introduce things. Maybe replace a potato with a sweet potato to start. It’s about finding small alternatives rather than suddenly saying ‘I’m on a diet’ – because as soon as you say no to something, you are screwed.”
5. She Eats Healthy

Klass broke down her daily diet to The Sun. She revealed that she eats healthy each day, and varies what foods she chooses in each meal, and how heavy it is. “For breakfast, me and the girls have porridge with different toppings – banana, berries, raisins. Lunch is lighter. I’m on the go so I’ll have something light like grilled chicken, and I love salads. Supper is meat and veg.”
