Ukrainian professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova is enjoying a beautiful vacation in warm, sunny climes. 1. Coffee For Energy

Bychkova drinks coffee to provide an extra boost of energy for her dance sessions. “Coffee aficionados enjoy a caffeine energy boost that improves clarity and focus, and savor its fragrance and rich, deep flavor,” says Nancy Oliveira, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES. Studies also show coffee may help support heart and brain health.
2. Intense Dance Training
Bychkova says her Strictly Come Dancing training is incredibly intense. “It’s full-on,” she says. “During one section I dance continually for 12 minutes – Charleston, quickstep, jive. “I’m the only lead woman on the show. The boys come and go but I just keep going. At the end I’m sweating.”
3. No Calorie Counting

Bychkova never counts calories or restricts her diet, instead focusing on dancing and training to keep her in shape. “You have to be an athlete,” she says. “I love to eat and I can enjoy it as much as I want – I never count calories because I’m so physically active.”
4. Downtime With Boyfriend Kai

Bychkova enjoys down time with her fellow Strictly Come Dancing costar and boyfriend Kai Widdrington. “When we’re not dancing, our favorite thing to do is eat,” she says. “We love having a really nice dinner or just chilling together, watching TV and eating cheese!”
5. Self-Confidence and Character

Bychkova has worked hard to get to where she is, and says her career has given her immense self-confidence. This has helped her ignore negative attention and online trolling. “I’ve made huge sacrifices but I wouldn’t change a thing,” she says. “It’s all been worth it. It formed my character. It made me what I am today.”
