She Swims

As you can see from her recent post, Robles loves to swim as a way to stay in shape. Robles posted this reel on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day. She captioned it, "Summer things." The CDC states that swimming has a lot of health benefits. "Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses."

She Dances

Robles loves to dance to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself dancing with her dog in her living room. Robles captioned the post, "She had to work, she had to call, she had to edit, she had to clean… But she couldn't, because she had to dance."

She Walks Her Dog

Robles owns a dog, who is prominently featured on her Instagram. Naturally, she likes to do a lot of activities with her dog, which keeps her in shape. Robles takes her dog on walks, and shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself and her dog doing so. In this reel, the two are seen on walks. She captioned the post, "Goodbye 2022."

She Practices Yoga

Robles likes to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing poses in her home. Yoga has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health reports, "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem."

She Finds Positivity

In the previous Instagram post's caption, Robles opened up about finding positivity in her life. "I never understood my colleagues in networks, when they thanked their followers for the love received, and today I have to learn something new. Feeling the positive power that comes from social networks, it does me good, it reconciles me with them, feeling close to people who have shared a feeling at some point, makes me feel close to you. I leave you a hug here, for you, so that you can use it when you need it."
