She Practices Yoga

Robles likes to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing poses in her home. Yoga has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health reports, "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem."

She Finds Positivity

In the previous Instagram post's caption, Robles opened up about finding positivity in her life. "I never understood my colleagues in networks, when they thanked their followers for the love received, and today I have to learn something new. Feeling the positive power that comes from social networks, it does me good, it reconciles me with them, feeling close to people who have shared a feeling at some point, makes me feel close to you. I leave you a hug here, for you, so that you can use it when you need it."
