Nana is best known for her work on After Hours. She has a strong following on Instagram, where she posts a lot of stunning photos. Nana is currently on vacation in Bali, and shared some highlights to her page. In them, she sat by the pool, and lounged on a deck chair. Nana captioned the post, "Healing in Bali." She Works With A Trainer

Nana shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan Korea. She says that despite her busy schedule, she makes sure to workout. In particular, Nana likes to go to gyms and have personal training sessions. "Ever since I started exercising, I go to the health club to receive personal training," she says. "Even when I'm busy."

She Focuses On Her Health

In her Cosmopolitan Korea interview, Nana talked about the approach she takes when it comes to her wellness. Nana says that health is her main priority.  "I only exercised and dieted for a good figure when I first began, but it's not like that anymore," she says. "I realized that health comes first. When you're focusing on your health, a beautiful figure naturally follows."

She Switches Up Her Workouts

Nana likes to do a variety of things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in a video for W Korea. "I try to exercise every day if possible," Nana says. "I mainly focus on strength training. I don't do cardio every day. Sometimes when my face is swollen or my weight has increased, I do it for 20 minutes once or twice a week."

She Loves Bodyweight Exercises

Nana tells W Korea that she likes to do bodyweight exercises most of the time. Bodyweight exercises are anything that involves using your body's weight against gravity. These can include things like squats and pull-ups. ​​"I mostly focus on bodyweight exercises," Nana said, adding, "Sometimes when I wear gloves while lifting weights, my strength increases two or three times."

She Eats Healthy

Nana makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her tips to W Korea. Nana says that she reduces certain foods and habits in her diet, rather than a specific plan. "I don't have a specific diet," she starts. "But I try not to eat late-night snacks and reduce excessive sugar intake. I try to consume sugar mainly from fruits and vegetables."
