Ochoa makes sure to eat healthy. When asked about how she got her abs, Ochoa revealed that most of it is her diet. She answered that question and elaborated on this in this Instagram post. "I drink green juice every day. Fasting, no fried, no soda, replace them with water. With gas, not eating carbs after lunch, lots of vegetables and protein, I prefer chicken and fish. I took Clight, Jamaica water, green tea or water to accompany meals."

She Embraces Her Body

Ochoa isn't afraid of showing off her body. She also loves to embrace her body, and its "imperfections." After someone commented on cellulite on an Instagram story Q&A, Ochoa shared this post to respond. "We all have cellulite," she captioned the post. "Stretch marks, imperfections and it's fine. 💓 What do you think? (This video is the past story she says, I responded with the same video to put everyone in context)."

She Works Out Her Upper Body

Ochoa shares a lot of her favorite workout videos on Instagram. She makes sure to work out her entire body. Ochoa shared this video of herself doing some upper body exercises. In it, she is seen doing tricep pulls with a lunge squat, overhead shoulder presses and lifts with weights, and jumping jacks. She Works Out Her Core

Ochoa has an amazing core. And this isn't just because of her diet. She does a lot of core exercises, and shares a bunch of her favorites on Instagram. In this video, Ochoa is seen doing v-sit crunches with a dip and twist, mountain climbers in a handstand, and v-sit crunches. She captioned the post, "Abdominal toning and Core with @wilsontellez61.

She Horseback Rides

Ochoa loves to ride horses. She shares a lot of photos and videos on Instagram of herself going riding. She posted this video of herself riding two different horses in her front yard. She also posted this video of herself and a friend riding on a dirt road and in a field, captioning it, "Living the plain."
