1. She Switches Up Her Skincare
Watts has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite tips and products with WhoWhatWear. She says that she likes to switch up her skincare routine. “I change it up, and that’s one of the perks I get from working with Onda Beauty. Since the products we carry at Onda don't have any chemicals, I can easily shift from one to another, but I do have very reactive and sensitive skin. I’ll know right away if something isn’t going to work for me.”
2. She Double Cleanses

Watts tells WhoWhatWear that she likes to double cleanse her face. “If I’ve worn makeup that day, at nighttime I always do a deep double cleanse,” she explains. “I’ll start with an oil cleanse and then I’ll do a foam or milk cleanse. De Mamiel’s Pure Calm Cleansing Dew ($98) is a great oil cleanser, and I love Tammy Fender’s Cleansing Milk ($55).”
3. She Embrace Her Life

Watts tells WhoWhatWear that she makes sure to embrace everything that comes her way. “I just think you have to embrace the aging process. There are going to be good days, and there are going to be bad days. You just have to know that it’s a constant wave we need to ride and navigate. And hey, if you feel shitty about yourself once in a while, that’s normal and par for the course. But there are also going to be times when you feel good and like you’re managing it okay. Yes, I sometimes wish I didn’t have these lines around my mouth or chin, but my mind feels so much sturdier than it did in my 20s.”
4. She Loves Fitness Classes

Watts likes to go to fitness classes to stay in shape. She shared a favorite with WhoWhatWear. “I've always loved Taryn Toomey’s classes. It’s a movement class, but I find it’s very much about the mind and spirit as well. It just flows in such an incredible way, and I'm usually able to take something away from the experience that’s pretty uplifting. Or it helps me feel what I need to feel at that given time.”
5. She Does Low-Impact Workouts
Watts shared some of her favorite workouts with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she does a lot of low-impact exercises. "I try to work out as often as I can, but I'm not fanatical about fitness. My back carries most of my tension and if I'm stressed I can't do high-impact exercise, so yoga and Pilates tend to work better for me. Meditation and yoga help me to balance the stress and slow down.”
