Polish actress Natalia Janoszek is sharing some magical photos and videos of a recent trip to the Red Sea. The Dancing With the Stars regular shared a post where she is seen enjoying the beautiful scenery from a boat, looking serene and happy in a patterned bikini. 1. She Keeps Things Balanced

When it comes to her diet and exercise, Janoszek tries to maintain balance. “I have ups and downs,” she says. “Sometimes I go to the gym everyday. Sometimes I skip it for a month while eating junk food. I try to listen to my body and keep my balance. I go to gym, I try to eat healthy but if I feel like pizza or chocolate I go for it ;) My fitness goal is to like myself when I look at the mirror. I don't check my weight, I look at the results on my body. My favorite part is my waist, my less favorite is my thighs.”

2. Fresh Fruit Always

Janoszek can’t do without delicious fresh fruit, especially melon. “A one-cup serving of cantaloupe has only 53 calories, but it contains 106 percent of the vitamin A daily value and 95 percent of vitamin C,” says the Mayo Clinic. “It’s also a good source of potassium and folate. A cup of honeydew has 60 calories, 51 percent vitamin C daily value and 11 percent of potassium. Honeydew also contains some fiber, folate and vitamin B6. Watermelon contains the least amount of calories, coming in at 46 calories per one-cup serving. However, it’s loaded with the antioxidant lycopene, which is linked to decreased risk of cancer, heart disease and age-related eye disorders, and contains a good amount of vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium.”

3. Breakfast Is Essential

According to Janoszek, a decent, nourishing breakfast is essential for her to have a productive day. “When I have a day off I wake up, when I wake up, I check my phone, call my parents, a good breakfast is a must for me, later some gym, keeping up with my work, emails, social media and usually it's the end of the day because I wake up late,” she says.

4. She Plays Tennis

Janoszek enjoys regular tennis matches, a sport that’s great not just for health but for the social aspects of the game. “Tennis is great aerobic exercise with a social component where you can play with friends and meet new people,” says Michael Donaworth, MD, UC Health primary care sports medicine physician and assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. “It’s a lifelong sport that you can play at any age and find a competitor of similar age and skill level. Tennis is a worldwide sport, so no matter where you are, you can likely find someone who plays.”

5. She Stays Focused On Her Goals

Janoszek has struggled with self image issues in the past, but now she focuses on her confidence and has good advice for anyone else dealing with low self esteem. “The struggle of being ‘not good enough’ for society,” she says. “I deal with that from the start of my career, not enough tall, not enough pretty, not enough thin, not enough cool. My advice is, don't listen to them, do your thing. Not all people will accept you ever. You could be the sweetest peach in the world and still there will be someone who doesn’t like peaches, so focus on your goals and don't give up. As Walt Disney once said, ‘If you can dream it, you can do it.’”
