Natalia promotes detoxing and doing cleanses. On her Instagram Stories she shared about a 28 day detox, which involves drinking detox tea and eating detoxifying food like blueberries. "Compensate for the abuses in your diet or drinking alcohol," she wrote about the cleanse. "I recommend it!"


She Drinks Green Juice

Natalia is a big fan of drinking her nutrients. "I always try to drink a lot of green juices, the amount of vegetables that we consume in our diet is never enough!!" she said in a post shared to her Instagram account devoted to healthy living. "Do the same yourself, thus ensuring a good intake of MAGNESIUM, perhaps it is the most important mineral that you should consume, it is present in all green leaves."
