She Hikes

Natalia enjoys hiking, especially when she is on vacation. Here she is in Utah on a scenic hike. "I capture moments like good productions," she captioned the post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

She Hydrates

Natalia makes sure to replenish her electrolytes. "HYDRATE YOURSELF," she captioned this snap of herself drinking coconut water out of a shell while vacationing in Mexico. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Uses Positive Affirmations

Natalia believes in the power of positive affirmations. "Everyone will come in handy right now Such a beautiful affirmation. Best to read several times a day. Starting from the moment we wake up…" she captioned a photo of one. "The word 'affirm' means to validate or confirm. In the mental health world, affirmations are short, encouraging statements that you can use to create a more positive frame of mind," says Kaiser Permanente. "You can repeat an affirmation to yourself as often as you'd like — while brushing your teeth, driving to work, or before you fall asleep. The more often you use an affirmation, the more it can help reinforce your value and self-worth and it may even positively affect your behavior."

She Does Aerial Yoga

Siwiec enjoys aerial yoga, using silks. She loves doing aerial yoga. Siwiec shared these photos on Instagram of herself and her daughter using silks at the studio. She captioned it, "I was dreaming, so I started. And Mijunitka liked it a lot too." "Participating in yoga classes can ease loneliness and provide an environment for group healing and support. Even during one-on-one sessions loneliness is reduced as one is acknowledged as a unique individual, being listened to and participating in the creation of a personalized yoga plan," says Johns Hopkins.

She Juices

Natalia likes to drink her nutrients and even makes her own juice. In this photo she makes pineapple juice on Instagram. Siwiec captioned it, "There's nothing better than fresh juices from the @hurompolska juicer. In this new model you put fruits and vegetables in, close and wait for the juice to be done itself….Really big pieces fit. My favorite at the moment is watermelon juice."
