1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Roser talked about her wellness secrets in an interview with Body & Soul. She says that one of her biggest fitness secrets is having a variety of go-to exercises. “When I don’t have a PT, or can’t think up a routine, I’ll do reformer Pilates at KX Pilates. If I’m in the gym, I’ll mix cardio with weights, or do body weight HIIT training like F45. When I’m not training, I like to go on hikes, or kayaking, anything outdoors.”
2. She Enjoys Working Out
Roser says that she enjoys going to the gym to workout, which makes it easy for her to stay in shape. “I have a really healthy attitude towards training,” Roser says to Body & Soul. “I train because I enjoy it, I look forward to it and when my body is tired or I’m not in the right headspace I have a day off, which makes me appreciate the days on even more.”
3. She Does Cardio First Thing In The Morning

In an interview with Grazia Magazine, Roser revealed that she does a lot of cardio workouts. She says that she likes to do cardio first thing in the morning. “Most mornings, I will get up, put on my 2XU tights and go for a three-kilometre run either outside or on the treadmill. I do fasted cardio – this means I train before I’ve had any breakfast – and I think my body responds really well to that in terms of weight loss or controlling my weight. Everybody is completely different though. I grew up running so I feel like my body is built for that, but it’s not for everyone.”
4. She’s Vegetarian

Roser is a vegetarian, and first became one in 2017. She tells Body & Soul that she feels a lot healthier since making this change, and enjoys not having to depend on meat so much. “I’m loving learning about my food, and how to cook differently. I feel good, I feel lighter, and my dependency on meat, thinking that I needed it for protein, has gone.”
5. She Circuit Trains

One of Roser’s favorite ways to workout is by doing different circuits. She tells Grazia, “On the days where I’m feeling more energised and switched on, I hit the gym and do little weight circuits and high intensity training which usually involves skipping, squats, lunges, burpees and ab work. I’ll do, like, one minute on, 20 seconds off, four times. I train five days a week. Two days a week, I will choose sleep over getting up and going to the gym.”
