1. She Loves Celery Juice
Wright posted this video on her YouTube channel detailing what she typically eats in a day. She says that she makes celery juice first thing in the morning in her juicer. “It’s pretty basic,” she says. “It’s just celery and fruit juice.” Wright also revealed why she decided to incorporate this into her diet. “The reason I started making celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach is because it’s really great for your liver. It’s supposed to help with a flat stomach. Any skin conditions and skin problems it’s really good for.”
2. She Loves Avocado Toast

In her YouTube video, Wright revealed that she likes to make avocado toast for lunch. In her recipe, she also mixes the avocado with tomatoes, and places it on bread with ham. Avocados have a lot of benefits. The Harvard School of Public Health states, “One serving of a medium avocado (half the fruit) has more potassium than a medium banana, 487 mg potassium versus 422 mg potassium, respectively. A ripe mashed avocado is sometimes used as a facial mask due its high content of hydrating oils and vitamin E.”
3. She Loves Ginger

In addition to celery juice, Wright likes to make green juice, which she drinks after working out. Wright shared her recipe in her YouTube video. She says that she likes to put ginger in it because of its many health benefits. “I love ginger and I use it in a lot of things,” Wright starts. “I know that it burns fat, helps to fight flus especially at this time of year because it’s so cold at the moment.”
4. She Eats Carbs For Lunch

When it comes to carbs, Wright says in her YouTube video that she opts to eat them in the middle of the day. “I try to have my carb as a lunchtime rather than dinner,” Wright explains. “I feel like it digests better when you have it before dinnertime.”
5. She Rides Horses
Wright likes to ride horses as a way of staying in shape. She shares a lot of videos on her YouTube channel of herself riding. In this video, Wright works on her jumping, and learns how to jump after a turn. She also posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself riding. Wright posted these shots with her horse, captioning it, “This boy. My real life Barbie pony.”
