She Has Good Genes
In 2020, after welcoming her first child, Nataša maintained that her ability to bounce back was more about genetics than anything else. "Some of you have asked me how have a lost weight after pregnancy. As I'm not someone who does gym or any heavy training I guess I can only thank to my good genes and a healthy food," she wrote on Instagram.
But Then She Fell in Love with Exercise
However, during the pandemic, Nataša discovered exercise. "Never thought I'll say this but… Gym I like you 💞" she captioned an post of herself at the gym in 2022. In addition to working out at the gym she also loves outdoor activities like going for walks and jet-skiing.
She Dances
Nataša also loves to dance. "Sunday Funday," she captioned this video of one of her dancing workouts. Why is dancing a great stay-fit activity? According to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers.
She Does Strength Training
A lot of her workouts focus on body weight moves. She also likes to wear ankle weights to intensify the burn. In this video she runs and walks in place and does a bunch of various squats with ankle weights.
She Stretches
Post workout, Nataša makes sure to stretch. "Good stretch after an intense workout," she captioned this video, doing a variety of stretches. "Stretching is an important component of any exercise program. Most aerobic and strength training programs inherently cause your muscles to contract and tighten," says the Mayo Clinic. "Stretching after you exercise helps optimize the range of motion about your joints and boosts circulation."
