Do Pilates
One of Natasa's favorite workouts is pilates. She regularly shares clips of herself on the reformer with her followers. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.
She Works Out at the Gym
During the pandemic, Nataša discovered exercise. "Never thought I'll say this but… Gym I like you 💞" she captioned a post of herself at the gym in 2022. A lot of her workouts focus on body weight moves. She also likes to wear ankle weights to intensify the burn. In this video she runs and walks in place and does a bunch of various squats with ankle weights.
Dance
Dance is another form of fitness that Nataša partakes in. "Sunday Funday," she captioned this video of one of her dancing workouts. Why is dancing a great stay-fit activity? According to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers.
Take a Walk
Natasa also enjoys walking. Sometimes she takes walks with her family. Others, she walks on a treadmill. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Stretch
Nataša always stretches post-workout. "Good stretch after an intense workout," she captioned this video, doing a variety of stretches. "Stretching is an important component of any exercise program. Most aerobic and strength training programs inherently cause your muscles to contract and tighten," says the Mayo Clinic. "Stretching after you exercise helps optimize the range of motion about your joints and boosts circulation."
