3. She Takes Saunas

Natalya enjoys a little heat therapy. She writes about this sweat session, “sweatin out my bad choices from the weekend.” Should you take a dry sauna? It can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

5. She Hydrates

Natalya prioritizes hydration, as can be demonstrated in her latest Instagram photo. “Milky coconuts,” she captioned the snap showing off two electrolyte-filled coconuts. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master.
