1. She Prioritizes Health

Michael Lo Sordo - Arrivals - Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2022Don Arnold/WireImage

Oakley opened up about her approach to fitness in this blog post. She says that she makes staying healthy a priority. “Fitness is something I am so passionate about. I think as long as you have the ability to be physical it should be a priority in your life. I feel so grateful to be healthy enough to work out as I know not everyone has that liberty. Not taking care of yourself and your wellbeing is taking an amazing gift for granted. Not only that, but nothing feels better than that feeling of getting in a good workout and knowing you’re doing right by your body (and mind!). I always say ‘health is wealth’ and I truly believe that as good health is precious and something to be grateful for.”

2. She Loves Pilates

Oakley loves to practice pilates as a way of staying in shape. She even has her own program. “I am a HUGE fan of pilates,” she writes on her blog. “It really suits my body and fitness goals to a tee and now that I have The Pilates Class, I’ve found it easier than ever to stick to a routine and reach my goals because I never have an excuse – it’s literally so easy to roll out of bed and do a class at home.”

3. She Finds A Balance With Fitness

Celebrities Red Carpet Launch Of 'Winning Time: The Rise of The Lakers Dynasty'Don Arnold/WireImage

Oakley admits in her blog post that she struggled to stay motivated to workout in the past. She says finding a healthy balance helped her stay motivated. “If you have been following me for a while you know I have always been very active and motivated to stay fit, but before finding what worked for me I would have lulls where I was unmotivated and go months without working out,” Oakley writes. “Now, I cannot go for longer than a week without getting on the mat because my mind and my body thank me for it! When I started doing classes with Jacqui in person two years ago I immediately knew how talented and special she was. She is inspiring and motivational but also has a calm and grounding presence that I crave so much within my hectic schedule. Finding that balance between the physical aspects of working out (building that booty, maintaining those abs) and mental aspects (learning to connect to my body and breath, mental clarity) was pivotal for me.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Oakley talked about her diet in her blog post. She says that while she doesn’t follow any type of diet, she eats healthy. “I do not follow any particular diet and I’m quite liberal with what I eat but I do genuinely crave healthy, fresh food more than anything else. I am predominantly vegetarian and eat vegan whenever I get the opportunity, however, I do occasionally eat seafood and meat. During the week (Mon-Thurs) I am very healthy and aware of what I put into my body. My partner and I also do Meatless Mondays and Vegan Tuesdays which I encourage all meat eaters to do at the very least!”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Oakley has amazing skin, and she revealed some of her secrets to Net-A-Porter. “To maintain great skin on my body, I go to the Beverly Hot Springs spa in LA every two months for a full body scrub and skin-conditioning massage, and I moisturize every day with La Mer The Body Crème. For shoots, I slather my body in shimmering body oil. But, ultimately, what really makes you look good in a bikini is having the confidence to wear what you want.”

1. She Swims

Natalya loves to swim. “Swimming pools,” she captioned a photo from one of her swims. In another, she swims with sharks. “Can’t even describe how incredible this experience was,” she captioned it. Swimming is a great workout, per the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

2. She Jet Skis

3. She Takes Saunas

Natalya enjoys a little heat therapy. She writes about this sweat session, “sweatin out my bad choices from the weekend.” Should you take a dry sauna? While some claim the health benefits of saunas are plentiful, including detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, there isn’t a lot of research backing up the claims.

4. She Stand Up Paddleboards

Another water sport Natalya loves is paddle boarding, a great workout for the core and also the heart, according to The American Council on Exercise (ACE). Polish-Mexican star Ludwika Paleta is dreaming of summer days as she heads into the holiday season. The 43-year-old actress posted photos of herself wearing a black bathing suit with a white shirt over it, captioning the shots “Missing the beach... the ice, the friends, the mezcal, the laughter and the chocolate ❤️” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paleta stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Snorkeling

Los Metro Awards - Red CarpetJaime Nogales/Getty Images

Paleta is a big fan of ocean activities like snorkeling and swimming. “Research has shown that being near, in, on or under water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness, a lower heart and breathing rate, and safe, better workouts, says marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols. “Aquatic therapists are increasingly looking to the water to help treat and manage PTSD, addiction, anxiety disorders, autism and more.”

2. She Takes Baths

As a busy mother of two, Paleta loves nothing better than relaxing in a bath. “Taking baths has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Baths help many people sleep well,” notes Dr. Zack. “They also create a good environment for meditation, thought and escape from everyday stressors.”

3. She Likes To Kayak

Paleta enjoys kayaking in the ocean, something experts say has many health benefits. “The term ‘blue mind’ describes the mildly meditative state we fall into when near, in, on or under water,” says Nichols. “It’s the antidote to what we refer to as ‘red mind,’ which is the anxious, over-connected and over-stimulated state that defines the new normal of modern life. Research has proven that spending time near the water is essential to achieving an elevated and sustained happiness.”

4. She Takes Collagen Supplements

Premio Iberoamericano De Cine Fenix 2016 - Red CarpetVictor Chavez/WireImage

Paleta takes collagen supplements as part of her wellness regimen. “Many people don’t realize that adding collagen to your diet can also help in reducing the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks,” says Amy Myers, MD. “When skin loses its elasticity and becomes thin, cellulite becomes more obvious. Collagen benefits your skin by increasing moisture retention, boosting elasticity, and helping to smooth out that dimpled appearance.”

5. Granola With Fresh Fruit For Breakfast

Paleta enjoys a bowl of granola with fresh fruit for breakfast. “Research suggests eating a wide variety of plant foods – ideally 30 different foods a week – is key to promoting a diverse range of beneficial gut bacteria,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Granola is made up of a number of ingredients including oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. These ingredients are rich in dietary fibre and plant compounds called polyphenols which studies indicate have beneficial effects on the diversity of our gut microbes.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
