She Loves Oatmeal

Natti isn't big on breakfast, however, if she does decide to eat in the morning she has a go-to meal. "I do a little bit of oatmeal with water. I put it to boil or in the microwave and cover it. Then I take one scoop of protein, put it there, and mix it," she told Women's Health. She tops the protein-packed meal with fruit.

Natti went vegetarian in 2015 due to digestive issues. Now, she loves vegan versions of meat dishes, like burger patties, chicken cutlets, and fish fillets. "It's just like chicken. It's good, and it has a lot of fiber. So it's good to go to the bathroom," she told Women's Health. Natti isn't vegan, however. "I wanted to be a vegan, but I love cheese, so I can't let it go," she said.

She Exercises

Fitness is a big part of Natti's life. "I wake up in the morning and do some type of exercise, like running or boxing," she told Billboard. "In a review study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, experts found running about six miles a week — or 52 minutes — may add from three to six years to your life. Dr. Edward Laskowski, co-director of the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center, says the study supports the existing body of scientific literature that shows exercise is good for your health," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Is Disciplined

Natti maintains that staying in shape isn't easy and that it actually takes work and devotion. "I eat clean and healthy. I've been a vegetarian since 2015 and I'm a picky eater. But I would have to say that discipline is key for everything," she told Billboard. Choose wisely. "Some vegetarians rely too heavily on processed foods, which can be high in calories, sugar, fat and sodium. And they may not eat enough fruits, vegetables, whole grains and calcium-rich foods, thus missing out on the nutrients they provide," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Dances

Finally, Natti's career helps her stay fit: She is always dancing. Dancing is not only a great form of cardio, but offers full body workout benefits. "According to a study in The New England Journal of Medicine, dancing may not only help enhance your memory, but also prevent dementia as you age. Researchers have also found that aerobic activity can reverse volume loss in the area of the brain that controls memory. This area naturally becomes smaller as we get older which can lead to trouble remembering," says the YMCA. "All those moves that ballet dancers do that you can do as well when you take certain types of dance classes not only look great, but also help increase flexibility and reduce stiffness. By doing stretches similar to ballet movements at home you can help prevent or ease joint pain and soreness after your exercise."
