Indian singer Neha Bhasin has earned herself a reputation as a health and fitness guru amongst her peers. Bhasin posted some photos of herself wearing a black and white swimsuit, looking happy and confident in her poses. “I’m not shore you saw my bikini, so I’m posting it again 😋,” she captioned the tongue-in-cheek post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bhasin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Embraces Her Curves

HT Exclusive: Profile Shoot Of Bollywood Singer Neha BhasinShivam Saxena/Getty Images

Bhasin has experienced body-shaming in the music industry, but these days she doesn’t let it affect her. “Even today, I have my days when I struggle,” she says. “But mostly I’d say at this point, I have the healthiest relationship that I’ve ever had with my body. That also reflects in my size today. I don’t think it’s the other way around. It’s not like because I have a good size, I accept my body. It is because I accept my body, I feel I look the best that I’ve ever looked.”

2. She Follows a Vegan Diet

Vegan,Poke,Bowl,With,Tofu,,Brown,Rice,,Beans,And,Vegetables,Shutterstock

Bhasin follows a vegan diet, which she admits is not always easy. “I am gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant,” she says. “Being vegan makes your food choices very simple. A plant-based diet is a wiser choice for our health and our environment. Every foodie’s predicament when they turn vegan is missing out on foods, they have had all their lives. Especially for a Punjabi, who had an array of sumptuous dishes to choose from. I used to love paneer and cheese and dahi. I miss ghee and other Punjabi dairy products a lot. I also miss parathe. But it’s a sacrifice worth making.”

3. She Loves To Run

Mumbai Celebrity SightingsMilind Shelte/Getty Images

Bhasin likes to run and practice yoga. “I used to do cross training every day for an hour up till a year back,” she says. “The whole of last year I’ve been running for an hour every day in the morning and practicing yoga once in a while. I do believe a lot in stretching and remaining flexible.”

4. She Stops Eating At 7pm

INDIA-CINEMA-BOLLYWOODSujit Jaiswal/Getty Images

Bhasin prefers to have dinner over by 7pm, in tune with her circadian rhythm. “Most of us typically eat over a 15-hour window. Instead, eat only when the sun is up, since this is when your body wants you to eat,” says Dr. Michael Crupain, MD, MPH. “Ideally, that’s 12 hours between your last meal of the day and the first of the next day. (This is a form of intermittent fasting, which appears to have important health benefits for longevity. If you can stretch this ‘fasting’ window out to 14 or 16 hours, that’s even better. Since you’re asleep for most of it, it’s actually not that hard.)”

5. She Rejects Diet Culture

Bhasin has faced body-shaming in her past, and refuses to ever diet again. “I was 49 kgs in Viva and I was fat-shamed every day. I am 65kgs here,” she says. “I put on weight in quarantine and I have never felt sexier. Weight is a number you can change but shaming oneself is damaging and toxic. Sex appeal is not in your body parts. It’s in you.”

1. She Transformed For A Role

When Chandna signed on to appear in Naagin 5, she had to get in shape. She shared her process to Times Of India. "I had to say bye-bye to all the happy weight and bring a transformation because my character needed that,” she explained. “If you are playing a naagin you need to look sexy, fit and someone who can easily do the stunts. The previous seasons' actresses, who played naagins, had already set a bar so high, that it was important to look different and set a new trend."

2. She Did Her Own Stunts

Entertainment India February 2021Prodip Guha/Getty Images

In Naagin 5, Chandna did a lot of her own stunts. "When I signed up for the show, I did not have time to go to the gym, because we were shooting for 12-13 hours,” she tells Times Of India. “Naagin is not a show that requires you to be at one place throughout the day. The show had a fast pace, we had to run around a lot because of outdoor scenes and do a lot of stunts and action scenes. This helped me burn my calories, so I was burning good calories on the sets, shooting for 12-13 hours."

3. She Believes In Balance

Indian,Mumbai,Food,Pav,Bhaji,From,Vegetables,With,Bread,Close-upShutterstock

Chandna opened up about her diet to Times Of India. She says that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "I used to eat bhakhri, rice, veggies, chicken and fish. I also consumed jowar bhakhris. I kept away from junk food but I had my 'cheat' days when I used to go out and eat pav bhaji and pizza. The idea was to be physically active and run around a lot, eat in small proportions than totally deprive yourself."

4. She Stays Consistent

Entertainment India - December 2021Prodip Guha/Getty Images

When Chandna isn’t on set doing stunts, she still makes time to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises to Times Of India. "I am thankful that I achieved my fitness goals playing a Naagin,” she says. “I have time on hand. I will again go back to doing my zumba and pilates to maintain my fitness levels."

5. She Swims

Chandna spends a lot of time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape, and shares a lot of photos of herself doing this on Instagram. Chandna shared this set of photos of herself enjoying a pool day, including shots of herself in the water. She captioned the post, “Island Girl. Day 1 in Koh Samui.” She also shared this set of pool photos, captioning them, “The ultimate water baby.”

Neha keeps her attitude positive so she can live a happy life. “I have no place for negativity in my life. Prayers, positive thinking and helping others in need is the call of the hour,” she told Filmfare.

2. She Exercises

Neha prioritizes exercise and relies on simple but effective workouts over trendy complicated ones. “One can do functional training and free hand exercises at home to keep one’s physical and mental health in check,” she told Filmfare about her at-home workout. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. Her Diet Is “Balanced”

Neha.KakkarNeha Kakkar/Instagram

Neha maintains a “balanced” diet, she told Filmfare. Her approach involves refusing to deprive herself from the foods she loves, while practicing portion control. “Never refrain from eating anything but keep a check on your portions.”

4. She Takes Baths

Neha soaks away her aches and pains in the bathtub, which is a great daily habit. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Fuels Up with Protein

1. She Has Evolved Her Approach To Fitness

Marathon,Running,In,The,Light,Of,EveningShutterstock

Dhupia opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Mid-Day. She says that she has changed what workouts she does depending on what she needs in her life. “In my 20s, I learnt new things,” she says. “Like pilates, and kick-boxing, which made my body stronger. In my 30s, I took to running, and ran several marathons.”

2. She’s Motivated

Dhupia opened up about her motivations for staying fit to Mid-Day. She says that her kids are her main source of motivation. “For me, that realisation happened after 10 months, but if another woman decides to do it after 18 months, that’s also alright. You will realise that you perhaps want to run as fast as your toddler does, and then decide to get fitter, and that is alright. For me, it was as simple as wanting to be fit enough to carry both my kids for long hours, and picking up stuff from the ground without needing to put them down.”

3. She Lost The Pregnancy Weight

Entertainment In India - December 2022Prodip Guha/Getty Images

Dhupia revealed her secrets to losing pregnancy weight to Mid-Day. She says that she changed her approach to diet and exercise. “Post pregnancy, the two things that I learnt were that a large part of [losing post-pregnancy weight] is not about eating less, but changing the kind of food you eat to consume a more nutritious diet. Also, during this time, people focus on yoga, but, apart from that, working on the muscles of the core, and strength training are two factors that really helped me.”

4. She Wants To Be A Role Model

Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia poses for a photo during theAshish Vaishnav/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images

While Dhupia opened up about losing baby weight to Mid-Day, she doesn’t want to pressure other women in the same situation. “There is so much pressure on women [to lose weight]. Also, those in the limelight have made the mistake of [creating this image] for other women who have just given birth. Giving birth, breast feeding, and dealing with the postpartum body is [challenging]. When you’re in the public eye, and promote [the notion of losing weight too soon], it has a trickle-down effect for other women who have recently delivered. So, stop talking about how much you have lost.”

5. She Gives Herself Chances

Dhupia opened up about her career to Filmfare.com. She says that she believes in giving herself chances and believing in herself. “I think it’s more that I didn't give myself a chance. You know the way I look at my job is the dream I came with from another city. I came from Delhi to Mumbai and every day of my life, when I’m going to work, I have so much gratitude and I remind myself of that girl who came with those dreams. I don’t give myself a chance. I’m like 'what would that girl do under these circumstances if this was her first job?' If I come from another city and I was going to my first job and I was getting a magazine cover to do, would I cancel on people? And if I didn’t want to take anybody else’s time for granted then, nothing gives me the right to do it now. And I treat every job like that.”

Gupta is a big fan of practicing yoga as a way of staying in shape. And yoga is a big part of her life, if you take a look at her Instagram page. Gupta has an Instagram story highlight on her page called “Fitness,” which is just herself doing different poses. She’s also posted several photos on Instagram of herself doing different yoga poses and practicing meditation. "Research has found evidence that treatment programs including regular meditation practice can help reduce depression; improve sleep, improve pain management, quit smoking, improve self-esteem, improve concentration, decrease menopausal symptoms, and reduce the severity of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome," says the Cleveland Clinic.

2. She Boxes

Gupta loves to take boxing classes as a way to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram from the gym of herself working out with her trainer, with the Post Malone and The Weeknd song “One Right Now” as the background music. 3. She Snorkels

Gupta loves to go to the beach, and especially loves doing different physical activities in the water. One activity that she likes to do is go snorkeling. 4. She’s Not Worried About Being Thin

FASHION-INDIA-NIRMOOHASUJIT JAISWAL/AFP via Getty Images

When it comes to fitness, Gupta says that she isn’t concerned about losing weight. Instead, she focuses on being at a healthy weight for her body. Gupta wants everyone else to have this same mindset. “Being healthy is not about being thin,” she told Gulf News. “I remember seeing my young cousins in Dubai and them fretting about being a size four. But I told them, you can be any size but focus on being healthy and fit. I don’t want to have a daughter tomorrow who’s concerned that she isn’t thin. So, our focus should be on being healthy and fit. Lots of designers have banned size zero models and that’s wonderful. American model Ashley Graham has such a beautiful face and body. You look at her and you know that she works out too and remember just because you are smaller in dress size doesn’t mean you are healthier than me.”

5. She Eats Healthy

Indian film actress Esha Gupta attend the LIVA ProtégéAzhar Khan/SOPA Images/LightRocket/Getty Images

Gupta broke down her diet to Gulf News, where she revealed that she eats pretty healthy. Gupta says that she cuts out certain ingredients to help her eat better. “I come from a family of vegetarians. We are vegetarians not for religious purposes though. Although I am a Punjabi, I have lots of vegetables with collagen in them. I am gluten and dairy-intolerant, so I avoid it completely. When I eat gluten, my stomach hurts and I get acidic. Plus, I don’t believe in having milk products because I don’t think our body needs it. I also have carbs until 6pm. For dinner, I just have dal [lentils] or soups.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
