She tries to snack on “more plant-based proteins,” she explained to Indian Express. “I have found that California Pistachios is my favorite option. Neha prioritizes exercise and relies on simple but effective workouts over trendy complicated ones. “One can do functional training and free hand exercises at home to keep one’s physical and mental health in check,” she told Filmfare about her at-home workout. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Fatehi’s favorite method of exercise is dancing workouts. “I don’t hit the gym often, nor do I workout regularly as I tend to lose weight easily,” she says. “I often used to do Pilates which is actually great for toning up my body but I prefer thickness around the lower body. I definitely dance whenever I get the chance. I guess you can say that any form of workout or exercise for me would be dance!”

Fatehi is not one for diets that make her feel miserable, but knows that balance is key. “I will not shy away from saying that I absolutely love food,” she says. “I love to indulge, but with that comes the responsibility to take care of yourself. I make a conscious effort to always stay moving, whether it’s dance or a session at the gym.”

Fatehi loves her curves and has no interest in being skinny for the sake of it. “It’s funny to me that this notion of ‘being skinny’ is the only way to be appreciated. Says who?” she says. “The most beautiful thing about our bodies is how unique we all are in our different shapes and sizes. Being curvy and thick is just as beautiful as someone who may not have curves flaunting their body. Confidence in your body takes you a long way, and I find it a very attractive quality to have.”

4. Staying In Her Bubble

Fatehi knows how important down time and self-care is for health and wellness. “I like to step away and keep to my bubble,” she says. “That bubble could mean keeping to myself anywhere where I can be in peace. And being by the sea helps me attain that peace of mind. It’s also paramount for me to meet up with my childhood friends, who help rejuvenate my spirit greatly. Moments where we can be ourselves and indulge in laughter and good times are precious to me. They help me get back to the grind with a stronger drive.”

5. Alter Ego For Confidence

Fatehi has an alter ego that helps her when she performs. “Her name is Noriana, and she fully takes over the second it’s time for me to perform to any beat,” she says. “It’s an unexplainable feeling, but I’ve characterized this side of me as ‘Noriana’ because it’s as though a whole new side of me emerges when I get into that performance mode. She has a bit of sass, a fierceness and a diva-like quality about her that comes when the music takes over.”

When Chandna signed on to appear in Naagin 5, she had to get in shape. She shared her process to Times Of India. "I had to say bye-bye to all the happy weight and bring a transformation because my character needed that,” she explained. “If you are playing a naagin you need to look sexy, fit and someone who can easily do the stunts. The previous seasons' actresses, who played naagins, had already set a bar so high, that it was important to look different and set a new trend."

2. She Did Her Own Stunts

In Naagin 5, Chandna did a lot of her own stunts. "When I signed up for the show, I did not have time to go to the gym, because we were shooting for 12-13 hours,” she tells Times Of India. “Naagin is not a show that requires you to be at one place throughout the day. The show had a fast pace, we had to run around a lot because of outdoor scenes and do a lot of stunts and action scenes. This helped me burn my calories, so I was burning good calories on the sets, shooting for 12-13 hours."

3. She Believes In Balance

Chandna opened up about her diet to Times Of India. She says that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "I used to eat bhakhri, rice, veggies, chicken and fish. I also consumed jowar bhakhris. I kept away from junk food but I had my 'cheat' days when I used to go out and eat pav bhaji and pizza. The idea was to be physically active and run around a lot, eat in small proportions than totally deprive yourself."

When Chandna isn’t on set doing stunts, she still makes time to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises to Times Of India. "I am thankful that I achieved my fitness goals playing a Naagin,” she says. “I have time on hand. I will again go back to doing my zumba and pilates to maintain my fitness levels."

Chandna spends a lot of time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape, and shares a lot of photos of herself doing this on Instagram. Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
