Just be careful, too. "The risk of concussions in youth sports like football and hockey has been in the spotlight a lot lately. But concussions don't just happen because of collisions on the gridiron, rink or playing field. They can happen on the water, too. Experts at Mayo Clinic want to make sure people know that even at slow speeds, a skier, wake boarder or even someone riding behind the boat on an inner tube can get a concussion when they hit the water," says the Mayo Clinic.
Malik is also a big fan of going snorkeling when she goes to the beach. She posted these photos and videos of herself snorkeling in the Maldives. She captioned this snorkeling reel, "Tried Snorkeling for the first time in life."

She posted this gym video of herself using the treadmill, captioning it, "Yes I am Who I am .. n I absolutely love myself for who I am …!!" Running can save your life. "Running, even 5 to 10 min/day and at slow speeds <6 miles/h, is associated with markedly reduced risks of death from all causes and cardiovascular disease. This study may motivate healthy but sedentary individuals to begin and continue running for substantial and attainable mortality benefits," says a study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
She Works Out With Kettlebells
One piece of strength training equipment Malik likes to use to workout is a kettlebell weight. Kettlebells can be used for a lot of different types of workouts, including strength training, arm workouts, lower body workouts, and ab workouts. According to Physician Randy Cupps of South Denver Cardiology Associates, kettlebells can work your whole body. "The movement of a kettlebell workout involves your whole body. Swinging the kettlebell raises your pulse, which makes it an effective cardio workout. The stretching you do increases flexibility, and the weight of the kettlebell offers the benefits of weight training: strength and toning."
