She Jet-Skis

Malik loves to hit the beach and spend time by the water. While she's there, she loves to do a lot of water activities. One activity that she loves to do is jet-skiing. She posted this series of photos and videos on Instagram of herself riding a jet ski in the water. She captioned the post, "​​While riding too fast I also fell off in the water. She Snorkels

Malik is also a big fan of going snorkeling when she goes to the beach. She posted these photos and videos of herself snorkeling in the Maldives. She captioned this snorkeling reel, "Tried Snorkeling for the first time in life."

She Strength Trains

When Malik goes to the gym, she likes to do strength training exercises and use weights. She has posted several gym videos and photos on Instagram of herself using weights and building muscle. She captioned this photo series, "Trust the magic of new beginnings." According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training has a lot of benefits for your body. "With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase bone strength, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently."

She Runs On The Treadmill

Malik also makes sure to do some cardio workouts when she goes to the gym. Her go-to cardio workout is running on the treadmill. She posted this gym video of herself using the treadmill, captioning it, "Yes I am Who I am .. n I absolutely love myself for who I am …!!" Running can save your life. "Running, even 5 to 10 min/day and at slow speeds <6 miles/h, is associated with markedly reduced risks of death from all causes and cardiovascular disease. This study may motivate healthy but sedentary individuals to begin and continue running for substantial and attainable mortality benefits," says a study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology

She Works Out With Kettlebells

One piece of strength training equipment Malik likes to use to workout is a kettlebell weight. Kettlebells can be used for a lot of different types of workouts, including strength training, arm workouts, lower body workouts, and ab workouts. According to Physician Randy Cupps of South Denver Cardiology Associates, kettlebells can work your whole body. "The movement of a kettlebell workout involves your whole body. Swinging the kettlebell raises your pulse, which makes it an effective cardio workout. The stretching you do increases flexibility, and the weight of the kettlebell offers the benefits of weight training: strength and toning."
