You won’t find Aamna on a crash diet. However, she makes sure to maintain a healthy lifesyle, eating balanced meals. “I believe in eating healthy. I don’t diet,” she told Hindustan Times. She does manage to infuse interesting spice into her life. “I love trying new cuisines,” she added.

Exercise is a fundamental part of Aamna’s life. “I am also a fitness freak,” she told Hindustan Times. “I have to hit the gym and do a lot of cardio.” How much exercise is enough? "Studies show that the total amount of energy expended is what's important for health, not whether it comes in short or long bouts," Dr. I-Min Lee, a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, explains to Harvard Health.
