She Eats A Healthy Breakfast
Sharma opened up about her diet in an interview with Pinkvilla. In it, she broke down what she typically eats each day. Sharma says that she makes sure to start her day off with healthy options. "When I wake up, I start my day with a black coffee," she says. "That helps me cleanse my stomach. For breakfast, I make this omelet with all the veggies inside."
She Avoids Unhealthy Options
Sharma tells Pinkvilla that she is cautious about what she puts in her body. She says that she makes sure to both eat healthy foods, and avoids unhealthy options. "I do not endorse or I don not eat junk," she says. "I stick to my very rigid diet of eating home food." Sharma says that she doesn't have a high metabolism, so she needs to eat healthy.
