She Has A Light Breakfast

Hilton broke down her typical day to Haute Living. She says that she likes to have something light in the mornings. "When I get up, I have some hot water with lemon and a light breakfast: hard-boiled eggs or a homemade smoothie. I don't usually have a big appetite when I wake up, so I keep it simple and light."

Hilton says to Haute Living that she likes to go to the gym in the morning. "Gym time for an hour. If I don't go before 10 a.m. I'll never go." "Reducing sitting time is important, too. The more hours you sit each day, the higher your risk of metabolic problems. Sitting too much can negatively impact your health and longevity, even if you get the recommended amount of daily physical activity. And some research has found that people who've lost weight may be more likely to keep off the lost weight by sitting less during the day," says the Mayo Clinic.

Like her sister Paris, Hilton has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Haute Living, "I have a long and rigorous beauty routine. I take my make-up off, exfoliate, cleanse, tone and then put on eye cream, face cream and hand cream."

She Walks

Hilton tells New You that she likes to do a lot of walking to stay in shape. "I live in New York, so I'm a really big walker. I walk everywhere. I walk when I drop my kids off at school, pick them up, go to appointments and meetings."

She Doesn't Restrict Herself

Hilton tells New You that she doesn't put herself on restrictive diets. "I was pescatarian so I would have no red meat or chicken but in doing so, I did find myself having a lot more carbs because I got hungrier. But I love everything. I always say, everything in moderation. Just don't be excessive and I think that applies to all walks of life. Everything in life. When you start to be excessive in something is when things can go wrong."
