1. She Maintains Balance
Nicola stresses the importance of having balance in your life. When she first moved to London in 2015 for Made in Chelsea, she had to pay extra attention to her diet. “Since I’ve been there I’m very conscious of my weight because you’re constantly drinking and eating out – you’ve got to be careful,” she told The Independent. “I go up and down sometimes – everyone loses the run of themselves and eats loads of crap and then you kind of focus again.”
2. She Doesn’t Like to Exercise

Nicola chooses diet over exercise. “I eat healthily but I don’t really exercise – I’m quite lazy but I try my best to eat well,” she told The Independent. “I’m going to definitely arrange to join a gym or something.”

Nicola loves to ski. The star goes on multiple skiing trips a year with her boyfriend, calling the mountain her “safe place.” She also loves the beach and spends a lot of time in her swimsuit, frolicking in the ocean and the sand.

2 cups of cold water
7 cups of chopped spinach
6 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
1 and 1/2 cups of chopped celery
1 Apple
1 Pear
(both cored and chopped)
1 banana
1 avocado
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
3/4 - 1 tbs of tumeric
(depends on the spice you like but this it’s an amazing anti inflammatory)
1/2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
Ice to make cold
& some honey

- 2 tbs bee pollen
- kale instead of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup coriander
