Peltz loves to spend time in the water. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself at the beach or at the pool. She posted this set of photos of herself under the water in a pool. She captioned the photo, "Swimming is not my strong suit." ""Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees," says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert, to the Mayo Clinic.

Another outdoor activity Peltz likes to do is bike ride. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself riding by the beach. She humorously captioned the photo, "I'm awful at bike riding." She also posted this photo of herself and her husband riding. 


She Stays Out Of The Sun

Peltz has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in this video with Vogue. In it, Peltz revealed that her mother gave her some important skin tips. "Her advice to me is, number one, stay out of the sun. Avoid the sun at all costs." "Sunlight contains two types of ultraviolet (UV) light that can harm your skin — UV-A and UV-B," says dermatologist Melissa Piliang, MD to the Cleveland Clinic. "While UV-B causes sunburn, it's the UV-A rays that cause aging of the skin — but both types cause skin cancer."

Peltz is not afraid to speak out about causes that are important to her. Her Instagram account is full of photos supporting different things. She posted this meme supporting animal causes. Peltz went to a Black Lives Matter protest, and posted these photos from it. 


She Puts Facial Washes On Everyday

In her Vogue video, Peltz revealed what she uses on her skin each day. She revealed that she uses a facial wash each day. "My skin is super sensitive." She also revealed that she uses cold eye masks each day.
