1. She Walks the Dogs

Nicola gets her cardio in with the help of her pooches. “I like walking the dogs,” she told Glamour when they asked about how she stays in shape. According to the Mayo Clinic, regular brisk walking, with or without dogs, can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
2. She Does 100 Squats Per Day
Nicola manages to kill two birds with one stone. “I do 100 squats while I brush my teeth,” she told Glamour. In the morning and evening? “No, just in the morning. Jesus, I don't do them at night, too!”
3. She Avoids Processed Food

“I'm quite fussy about food now,” Nicola told Glamour. “I won't eat frozen food and I like to know where my food has come from. I don't like anything going in my body that's from a packet. I used to eat microwave ready meals, because we were so busy, but now I like to eat clean.”
4. She Does 500 Crunches Per Day
If you want flat abs like Nicola, plan on crunching for them. She told Closer she does a whopping 500 of the ab exercises daily. “It sounds crazy, but it's not that bad – especially if you do it in sets of 20s,” she said.
5. She Cut Down on Junk Food
Nicole confesses she used to be a fan of fast food but has rehabbed her diet since. “'I'm a big fan of chips and gravy, but I've cut down on junk food. I'm lucky to have a fast metabolism, so I just don't put on weight easily,” she told Closer. “My weight fluctuates all the time and I actually feel better when I'm about 9st. I joined the band when I was 16, so I was really scrawny. Now I've grown into my body and filled out and it feels much better.”
