The Masked Singer star has unusual gear.

Your workout gear probably helps motivate you. The same must be true for Masked Singer star Nicole Scherzinger. Why else would she post a video of herself in the gym riding an exercise bike, working her core, and doing squats with weights—all while clad in a bikini? She "Werks" Hard

"In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," Nicole told Women's Health. "When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga – a modified version of bikram yoga – or hiking, and core power yoga in LA." She's also into Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir, according to the mag: "I love Svava's technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done."

She Mixes it Up

"I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing — whatever does the trick," she told Us Weekly. "I have to switch it up 'cause I get bored after a while." On the road, she werks it too. "If all else fails," she says, "I'll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. And I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything."

She Eats This Way

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge," she once told Cosmo. "For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

"With growing older gracefully, you kind of just accept yourself more and more and you're like, 'These truffle fries are worth it,' you know what I'm saying? 'This cheese is pretty tasty,'" she told Us Weekly.

She Meditates

"Sleep and water, and I think meditation and prayer is so important," she told Us. "We don't set aside enough time for ourselves to just let all of the noise and all of the dust and everything else settle and get back to the core of ourselves."

"Love and accept yourself. Get lots of sleep – sleep really makes such a huge difference. Drink lots of water. Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation."
