"In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” Nicole told Women’s Health. "When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA." She’s also into Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir, according to the mag: “I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done.”
2. She Mixes it Up

“I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing — whatever does the trick,” she told Us Weekly. “I have to switch it up ’cause I get bored after a while.” On the road, she werks it too. “If all else fails,” she says, “I’ll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. And I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything.”

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge," she once told Cosmo. “For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."
