"The reason why I am coming on with Kin, is not only to consistently give you new formulas, creatives and products, but to also teach you about brain health and how we can help with the social, personal, physical, and mental pressures we face on a regular basis," Hadid wrote.

Singer Rita Ora posed in a tight green dress on her Instagram after a busy weekend. Ora has been open about her wellness journey and her ways of staying healthy, and she’s clearly seeing results. Ora tells W Magazine that she takes supplements to help her stay fit and healthy. “I feel supplements are really important and keep me functioning at a high level,” she says. “I take a probiotic and vitamins C, D and E. If I’ve done a lot physically during the day, like an intense workout, I’ll take magnesium and zinc for my muscles.”

Angelina Jolie attended the Rome premiere of her new movie, Eternals, which is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, when training for Eternals, Jolie admitted that she had some struggles. "It is one of the weirdest things to train for because you're throwing things, grabbing things, breaking things in half," she tells Entertainment Weekly. "You feel a little nuts. Gadot tells Good Housekeeping that despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for herself to unwind. “It's all about balancing your life mentally, emotionally, physically, and creatively. Eilish is also a really big fan of baking, and has a recipe for healthier peanut butter cookies that she shared on Instagram. She says to Veg News that baking is a great stress reliever for her. Nicole Scherzinger enjoyed a vacation to Dubai with her boyfriend this week, where she also attended the Global Citizen Forum, and posted several photos of herself in a lime green bathing suit. Scherzinger says to Goodto.com that one of her favorite ways to exercise is to go for a walk or a run. “I also love to just zone out, listen to music and jog. All you need is a good playlist.”

Ciara kicked off the holiday week with a beach day. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself posing in the sand while wearing a bright yellow bathing suit. Union’s anti-aging tips have been coveted by many, but she says that her main secret is not letting herself get too stressed out. “My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say no, no, and hell, no,” she said to Women’s Health magazine. “We run ourselves ragged saying yes to every freaking thing, whether it’s to our family, spouses, or careers. I sleep eight hours a day and don’t let myself stress out.”

8. Candice Swanepoel

Model Candice Swanepoel set sail this week, while wearing a black one-piece swimsuit. She captioned the photo, “Sail away with me.” While Swanepoel says that she always tries to eat a healthy diet, she does admit to indulging once in a while. “I'm that girl who orders the healthy plate with a side of fries,” she tells The Cut. “Your body is like a machine and everyone's is different. I know mine quite well." One of the ways Swanepoel treats her body right is by eliminating coffee from her diet. "If you replace your coffee with a decaf tea or hot chocolate, it's a good way to reset your energy levels."

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
