Scherzinger has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. “I have very sensitive skin so I tend to stick to what works for me,” she tells NowToLove. Scherzinger also revealed her process to the website. “I wash my face in the morning and use lots of moisturizer. Then at night I wash again, use toner, serum, and an eye cream.” “Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and wear it every day. Higher SPFs are useful if you plan to spend hours outdoors, but if you spend most of your time indoors, SPF 30 is generally sufficient. Since Scherzinger admitted that she wasn’t doing a lot of working out, she started intermittent fasting. “I’m not on the grind as much with my workouts,” she reveals. “So I’m intermittent fasting. I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM’s] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won’t eat until the afternoon.”

Scherzinger is open about the struggles she has gone through in her life, particularly her battle with bulimia. She told Cosmopolitan that she had an epiphany one day that forced her to get help with it. "I had started losing my voice, I couldn't sing at shows, and then I remember my manager finding me passed out on the floor in Malta or in the south of France. I thought, 'I'm going to lose everything I love if I don't love myself.' One day when you feel like you've reached the end, you just say, 'I'm not doing this anymore.' It's sad to see how I wasted my life. I had such a great life on the outside, the Dolls were on top of the world but I was miserable on the inside. I'm never letting that happen again; you only get one life – I was 27 only once."

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, meats and veggies, to sushi. Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. She Lifts Weights

Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”
