She Is Committed to Exercise
Nicole doesn't mess around when it comes to exercise "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she told Women's Health UK. She regularly shares her workouts on social media, and they are intense.
She Maintains Variety with Fitness
Aside from strength and weight training, Nicole stays active with a bunch of other workouts. "When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," she revealed to Women's Health.
She Eats Healthy, Hearty Meals
Nicole doesn't starve herself to be thin. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots," she told Women's Health.
She Doesn't Believe in Deprivation
Nicole doesn't believe in shying away from cravings. "Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation," she told Women's Health UK.
She Exercises for Mental Health
Nicole, who has been open about her mental health struggles, maintains that exercise is a great way to keep the blues at bay "I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!" she wrote on Instagram.
