Scherzinger has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. “I have very sensitive skin so I tend to stick to what works for me,” she tells NowToLove. Scherzinger also revealed her process to the website. “I wash my face in the morning and use lots of moisturizer. Then at night I wash again, use toner, serum, and an eye cream.” “Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and wear it every day. Higher SPFs are useful if you plan to spend hours outdoors, but if you spend most of your time indoors, SPF 30 is generally sufficient. If you have sensitive skin, choose a sunscreen product designed for sensitive skin,” says Harvard Health.

Since Scherzinger admitted that she wasn’t doing a lot of working out, she started intermittent fasting. “I’m not on the grind as much with my workouts,” she reveals. “So I’m intermittent fasting. I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM’s] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won’t eat until the afternoon.”

But it’s also mindless eating.”

Scherzinger enjoys outdoor workouts, especially running and hiking. “The nice thing about hiking is that it exists along an entire continuum, from a gentle walk on a flat wooded path to mountain climbing,” says Dr. Aaron L. 'It’s all mental for me, I have to put on some music and go into a zone,” she said. "Cold water immersion involves people immersing themselves in water at temperatures of less than 15°C to manage muscle soreness after exercise and speed up recovery time. There is some evidence to show that cold-water immersion reduces muscle soreness at 24-72 hours after exercise compared with ‘passive’ treatment, or rest. It is here that the research falls down slightly by not comparing the use of cold-water immersion to an active recovery of light exercise, or perhaps even more pertinently, a combination of the two," says the Mayo Clinic.

Nicole eats herself skinny. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. In addition to her boyfriend, Nicole has lots of workout support. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things,” she explained to Women’s Health UK.
