Nicole Scherzinger posted a new swimsuit video on Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed time at the beach at night. Scherzinger wore a patterned two-piece and matching cover up. She Does HIIT

Scherzinger shared some of her favorite exercises in an interview with Women's Health. She says that when it comes to workouts, she opts to do high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. "I like to switch it up and try new things," she says. "But, most recently, I've just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts. I feel like I get more results that way."

She Mixes It Up

Scherzinger shared some more of her favorite workouts in her Women's Health interview. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. Scherzinger believes that this helps her stay motivated.  "I love doing everything," she says. "From SoulCycle, spinning, and climbing to boxing and dance cardio. It's really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up."

She Intermittent Fasts

Scherzinger opened up about her diet to Women's Health. She says that her diet is dependent on the amount of fitness she is doing at that point. Since Scherzinger admitted that she wasn't doing a lot of working out, she started intermittent fasting. "I'm not on the grind as much with my workouts," she reveals. "So I'm intermittent fasting. I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM's] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won't eat until the afternoon."

She Loves Smoothies

Scherzinger shared some of her favorite foods to Women's Health. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. Scherzinger says that she likes to make smoothies as snacks, and shared some of her favorite recipes. "If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I'll make an oat milk smoothie," she says. "Sometimes I'll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory."

She Paddleboards

Scherzinger loves to spend time by the water. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach. Scherzinger loves to do different things to stay in shape at the beach. One thing she enjoys doing is going paddleboarding. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself paddle boarding at the lake. Scherzinger captioned the post, "Worry less. Paddle more."
