Nicole Scherzinger spends a lot of time at the beach. Currently, she is in beautiful Hawaii. Scherzinger posted a new highlight reel on Instagram of her trip. 1. She Mixes It Up

Scherzinger opened up about her favorite workouts to Women’s Health. She says that she likes to do a lot of different things to stay in shape. “I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio,” she says. “It’s really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up.”
2. She Does HIIT

While Shcerzinger does a lot of different things to stay in shape, she has found herself going back to different things. She tells Women’s Health that she has started doing a lot of high intensity interval training, or HIIT. “I like to switch it up and try new things, but, most recently, I’ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,” she says. “I feel like I get more results that way."
3. She Takes A Break In Winter

Scherzinger makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. However, she does make times to relax. Specifically, she likes to take breaks for the winter holidays. “I call it my hibernating period,” she tells Women’s Health. “During this time, it’s all about balance and moderation…You can’t grind all the time, you need that balance.”
4. She Does Ice Baths

Scherzinger does things to help her muscles relax and cool off. One thing she likes to do is take ice baths. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself lying in a tub. She captioned the photo, “Monday Mood. Ice bath at 37 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes. No pain. No gain.” The Cleveland Clinic reports, “As long as you’re in good health, and don’t have any of these underlying conditions, ice baths may bring some relief to your sore muscles.”
5. She Works With A Trainer

To help her stay in shape, Scherzinger, like many, uses a personal trainer. The singer works with Paolo Mascetti to keep herself fit. Mascetti shared this video on his Instagram of himself working with Scherzinger in the gym. In it, she is seen doing exercises like squats with weights and box jumps. He captioned the video, “The key element = CONSISTENCY.”
