She May Be Launching Her Own Workout Brand

Nicole is reportedly launching a fitness brand called Mana Movement. "I'm really excited to expand and build on this," she is reported to have said. "I actually got the name because I was going to a waterfall hike with my cousin, and when I would go underneath the waterfall, the power of it… I could feel the mana. I felt like I needed that cleansing and I needed a transformation. So, I would sit there and get pummeled, and it was like a resurgence of energy and renewal."

"I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. "'I just tried F45 here in Australia and I really liked it. I think it's important to find a few different classes or workouts which you enjoy, whether that's swimming or going for a run," Nicole has said. F45—of which Mark Wahlberg is an investor—combines HIIT and circuit training. "Mixing everything up gives me the best results," she added.

This is How She Keeps Energized

"Sleep is key! And lots of water. I also love a good cuppa or a cup of coffee. My new go to thing is coconut water though – I'll have that in the morning and when I'm feeling low on energy throughout the day," she told Good To Know. As for her go-to snack: "Bananas or a piece of fruit – I try not to eat too much before a work out so I'll just have something light."

"My favorite breakfast is six-minute eggs with smoked salmon and toast. Or just scrambled eggs with a turkey sausage or turkey bacon. For lunch I'll have sushi, a sandwich or a salad. And for dinner I love seafood pasta, fish and brown rice and veggies or chicken, brown rice and veggies," she told Good to Know.

She Turns to Yoga

In one Instagram video, Nicole was going yoga. "Focusing my energy on things that are more mindful than mindless. Mindful of how I use my time," she captioned it. "Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety," says the Mayo Clinic.
