1

Do Make a Commitment to Fitness

Nicole is totally committed to exercise. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she told Women's Health UK. She even has a tab on her Instagram account titled "fitness" devoted to all of her workouts.

Don't Do the Same Workout On Repeat

Nicole maintains variety with her workouts. When she isn't pumping iron you can find her breaking a sweat other ways. "When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," she revealed to Women's Health.

Do Fuel Up with Food

Nicole makes sure to keep her body fueled up for success. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots," she told Women's Health.

Nicole is all about allowing herself to indulge every once in a while. "Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation," she told Women's Health UK.

Do Prioritize Mental Health

Nicole is very open about her mental health struggles. She points out that exercise is a great way to keep your head straight. "I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!" she wrote on Instagram.
