1. Landmine Barbell Squat Press

The first exercise Nicole executes like a boss? Landmine barbell squat press, using bands for added resistance. “This move targets the legs, arms, and shoulders,” Bowen explains.

2. Box Jumps with Jump Back

Next up? Box jumps with a jump back, which involves jumping high up onto a box, jumping back down and then taking a jump backward. Bowen explains that this move is great for working the legs.

3. High Step Up

The third move Nicole nails is high step-ups. “These are very effective in training the quads and glutes,” Bowen explains.

4. She Dances

After showing off her exercise moves, Nicole gives fans a glimpse at her dance moves. Obviously, dance is a big part of the Pussycat Dolls singer’s calorie blasting strategy. “I mean, I heard that dancing and laughing gives you better abs than crunches anyway,” she captioned a recent post.

5. She Does Lots of Different Workouts

Nicole maintains that variety is a big part of her approach to exercise. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill, maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she told Women’s Health “When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA.”

6. She Doesn’t Make Excuses

One of the key reasons Nicole is so successful in staying fit is that she doesn’t make excuses. “I travel so much it’s so important for me to sweat it out. It’s not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!” she recently wrote on Instagram.
