Tamboli talked about her approach to wellness to TellyChakkar. She says that she likes to workout on a regular basis. Tamboli also says that she enjoys working out, and this helps her make it a priority. "Fitness for me is like oxygen,” she says. “A necessity. It gives me mental peace.”

2. She Eats Small Meals

Tamboli talked about her approach to dieting to TellyChakkar. She says that she opts to eat many smaller meals, rather than three big meals. “I believe that for a healthy functioning of the body one needs to take a proper balanced diet of 5 to 6 small meals rather than eating 3 big meals in a day. It's about maintaining a proper balanced nutritious diet. Being fit is not just about how the body looks but how well and healthy it is even from within."

3. She Loves Green Tea

Tamboli tells TellyChakkar that she likes to drink green tea every day. "Having green tea right before bed is one habit I swear by. It gives me the detox I need after an entire day.” Green tea has a lot of benefits. Penn Medicine reports, “Green tea is exceptionally high in flavonoids that can help boost your heart health by lowering bad cholesterol and reducing blood clotting. Studies show this type of tea can also help lower blood pressure, triglycerides and total cholesterol.”

4. She Brings Healthy Food With Her

Tamboli always has healthy food on hand. She tells TellyChakkar, “I travel with my own set of foods and healthy juice that I prepare at home. That way I don't get tempted by outside junk or ready sugar drinks. It has all the goodness of lime, guava, carrots and a hint of mint.”

5. She Works Out Her Entire Body

Tamboli posts a lot of workout videos on Instagram. It’s clear that she makes sure to workout her entire body. Tamboli shared this video of herself doing some of her favorite exercises. In it, she is seen doing bicep presses with weights, step offs, and burpees. She captioned the post, “Taking care of your BODY is insurance for your SOUL.”
