She Works Out At Home
With Agdal's busy schedule, she doesn't always have time to go to the gym. She tells HollywoodLife that she does a lot of at-home workouts to stay in shape. "I do a lot of home workouts. I do the treadmills twice a week, and then besides that, everything I do is basically done in my apartment on a mat with lighter weights, or a Pilates ring, but mostly body weights."
She Takes Fitness Classes
Agdal tells HollywoodLife that she also likes to take fitness classes. "I love Solidcore for a good core class. It will really make your stomach burn. SLT's great for leaning out your legs. Pure Barre is great for leaning out your arms. But most of the stuff that I do is my own workouts."
She Runs On The Treadmill
Agdal is a big fan of running on the treadmill. "I used to hate cardio," she admits to HollywoodLife. "I used to hate running, and even now, I just got back from a vacation, and I know the first thing I'm going to do is to walk on an incline on a treadmill. I think it's the best way to build endurance and to just get back into it and get motivated."
She Fasts
Agdal also talked about her diet in her HollywoodLife interview. She says that while she doesn't intermittently fast, she doesn't eat until later in the day. "I actually don't eat breakfast," she revealed. "I prefer to have a juice or a smoothie in the morning. I'm a big believer in fasting, so I don't eat anything until lunch, which is usually around 2:00 P.M. or 3:00 P.M. For that, I will have some sort of protein, whether it's eggs or fish, mixed with vegetables."
She Focuses On Living Healthily
Agdal tells W Magazine that she isn't focused on losing weight. She says that she aims to live healthily, and doesn't let herself be brought down by pressures from society. "The whole thing of the 'hot girl summer,' or 'summer body,' or all of these terms, can be extremely triggering to a lot of us. They put pressure on us to get in shape for the season coming up, and that's extremely hard on our mental health and our self-esteem. I really believe in finding something that can be a lifestyle and a healthy habit that makes you happy."
