1. She Makes Time To Workout

Dobrev revealed some of her wellness tips to Teen Vogue. She says that she makes working out a priority. “When I workout I feel good. I don’t know if it’s the endorphins that get released or taking time for me. I don’t think people give enough time to themselves, me-time is almost non-existent anymore. So in that 30 minutes, 45, however long you’re in the workout class you’re focusing on you and you’re doing something for yourself and to make yourself feel better. Not only does it change your body and make you look better, it also makes you feel better.”

2. She Works Out With Her Friends

Dobrev tells Teen Vogue that she likes to workout with company. “Whenever I go with my girlfriends, they push me and motivate me to do better. Having that support system in class is helpful. And also accountable — if you say you’re going to do something with your friends you’re going to do it and go. If you plan on doing something on your own, you might bail on it because you just don’t feel like it or you're lazy or you’re not having a good day. But you can go to a workout class and chat with your friends before, do the class and go to coffee after words and chat about your lives and catch up. So it’s nice to have a community in that way.”

3. She Makes Time To Breathe

Dobrev tells Teen Vogue that she takes care of her mental health. She makes sure to take deep breaths when she’s stressed out. “If you’re in a stressful situation, or if you’re upset about something, you can just breathe in and out a few times and allow for that time to pass. You can be more objective mentally and think about what just happened.”

4. She Eats More

nina-dobrev-1Nina Dobrev/Instagram

Dobrev revealed to Teen Vogue that she has made some changes to her diet. “The older I get, the more I realize that the more healthy you are in your choices, like I probably eat more now. I probably eat more now because I’ve learned it’s healthier to eat meals more frequently and that will sustain your metabolism. So it’s things like that, learning about biology and nutrition. So I have a higher caloric intake throughout the day, and I feel better.”

5. She Loves Pilates

Dobrev revealed some of her daily habits to WhoWhatWear. She says that she loves to do Pilates to stay in shape. “It makes me feel so good. I go to a studio and/or I have a reformer at home and zoom with my private instructor.”

Model Keleigh Sperry is celebrating her birthday. She’s spending time on a boat with her loved ones, including her husband, Top Gun: Maverick star Miles Teller, and her friend, Nina Dobrev, star of Love Hard. Dobrev shared a set of photos on her Instagram story of Sperry. In them, she wore a black swimsuit and denim shorts. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Keleigh Sperry stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Spends Time Outside

KeleighSperryNina Dobrev/Instagram

Sperry spends a lot of time outside. She shares a lot of outdoor photos on her Instagram page. She shared these photos on Instagram from a trip to Tahoe. In them, she enjoyed time on a boat, and went on walks. Sperry also enjoys the cold weather. She shared this photo and video on Instagram of herself playing in the snow. "Whether it is a park in your neighborhood or exploring the vast landscapes of national forests and grasslands, there are benefits to be had when we step outside," says the Forest Service. “Wellness is wholistic in that it is comprised of physical and mental health as well as the health of our communities,” Michelle Kondo, a research social scientist with the USDA Forest Service's Northern Research Station, told them. “All of these benefits add up and reduce adverse impacts on our bodies, and have restorative characteristics. So get outdoors and enjoy nature’s gift of wellness.”

2. She Swims

Sperry does a lot of outdoor physical activities to stay in shape. One thing she loves to do is go swimming. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself snorkeling with a whale. She captioned it, “Whale watching.” Sperry also posted this photo of herself and Teller in the water. She captioned it, “All I need in this life of sin.”

3. She Goes Rafting

Sperry doesn’t just like to swim when she spends time by the water. She also likes to go rafting. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a rafting trip with her friends. Sperry captioned the post, “This is not Disneyland, so fun!”

4. She Speaks Out

Sperry isn’t afraid to speak out about what she believes in. She shared this post on Instagram supporting Ukraine. She captioned it, “This is my friend @kseniya__stone, after spending the last few days and nights with her in just absolute despair, devastating call after call. Hearing from her family stuck in Ukraine, was absolutely heartbreaking. Ukrainians are strong and United while facing this unreal war. If Ukraine stops fighting there will be no Ukraine. One of the tragic yet beautiful calls from her sibling who was trying to flee and stay with her family, was going to go back in and fight to stand strong against PUTIN. That’s the character and moral of Ukrainians. Women refusing to leave as their husbands prepare to fight back. They are beautiful and strong, this will be the biggest refugee situation this century. Please donate, and to @kseniya__stone we stand with you, we stand with Ukraine.”

5. She Bikes

Another outdoor activity Sperry enjoys doing is going on bike rides. She likes to go riding with Teller at times. Sperry posted this photo of the two of them riding at the Mt. Batur Volcano in Bali on Instagram. She captioned it, “Trekking the world with you.”

Julianne Hough is celebrating her best friend, Nina Dobrev, on her birthday – by sharing photos of the duo in their swimsuits. In a new social media post the dancer-slash-actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit alongside her Vampire Diaries pal. “Today marks another year around the sun for one of the brightest lights!” she captioned the series of instagram snaps. How do both of the stars approach self-care? Celebwell rounded up their top tips.

1. Julianne: Take Baths

“I love to make every moment a luxury experience,” Hough told Women’s Health. “Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible.”

2. Julianne: Body Scans

Female,Patient,Lying,On,Ct,Or,Pet,Or,Mri,ScanShutterstock

Hough is also a fan of regular body scans. What is a body scan? She explained to Pure Wow that it is a form of guided meditation practice that has you lie down, stay aware of your breath, and mindfully soften each part of your body, from head to toe. “I love meditating and doing energy work,” she said. “It really helps me get out of my head and into my body.”

3. Julianne: Candles and Incense

“I love making sure my environment is like, candles lit or incense burning, just to create the experience and get my mindset in a really calming way, so I can self-regulate before I get crazy again with work stuff,” Hough told Women’s Health .

4. Julianne: Recovery

“Pilates, yoga, working out with a trainer,” are a few of Hough’s workouts. She likes to maintain variety with exercise because “it keeps everything fresh and helps me fuel my body's different needs,” she told Shape. “Recovery is also a second workout to me," she added. "We always think about the fact that we have to push, push, push, but without that recovery, it leads to burnout. It's about that balance. I think we haven't focused enough on recovery in the athletic or the artistic athlete (dancers)."

5. Nina: Sleep

“Just like my weight, the timing fluctuates [laughs]. I try to go to bed at ten and on good nights, I am able to. For the most part, I crawl into bed at ten and watch a TV show or a movie and fall asleep by 11:30 p.m. or midnight. Not bad, but it could be better,” Dobrev told The Cut about bedtime. “I also sleep with a sound machine. Sound machines are my secret weapon because they drown out any noise and keep you in this even-keeled environment that’s peaceful and chill.”

6. Nina: Chamomile Tea

Nina has another “trick” up her sleeve when it comes to sleep. “Chamomile tea,” she said. “Those are my tricks. I don’t count sheep or anything.” Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

7. Nina: Reading

“To unwind at night,” Nina might watch something on Netflix. “Or I’ll read. I recently finished Cat Marnell’s How to Murder Your Life,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Why should you read at night? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

8. Nina: Hydration

Nina’s health hack for not looking tired? “I was on a vampire show for a very, very long time, so we shot at night and [I] didn’t sleep very much,” she told Vogue. “One thing that I learned recently is that dark circles appear because you’re dehydrated, so it’s important to drink a lot of water.”

Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is proof you can have a balanced approach to health and fitness, and still look incredible. The 33-year-old actress posted a photo of herself wearing a one piece swimsuit with pants and a shirt on top, captioning the shot “❣️❣️❣️.” "So beautiful," said one commenter. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Dobrev stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has An At-Home Gym

Dobrev put together an at-home gym so she could continue to work on her fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I started slowly, over time, accumulating equipment and things that I could use to move my workouts at home," Dobrev told Shape. "When I'm done shooting and I have to memorize the next day's work, I can sit on the bike with my script and exercise, and learn my lines for the next day. I'm really proud of my home gym, I use it a lot. It's really nice to have that flexibility of working out, whether it's really early in the morning before I go to set, or really late at night when I get home from set, or after a long flight."

2. “Mama Needs Some Coffee”

Cup,Of,Espresso,CoffeeShutterstock

Dobrev starts her day with “some real strong, strong coffee,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “I do a shot of espresso and then I do a regular coffee and I mix them together.” Coffee has been shown to have protective benefits for the liver—but there’s an important caveat. “We have a lot of evidence that coffee is good for the liver,” says liver specialist Jamile Wakim-Fleming, MD. “You have to consume regular coffee — not decaf — daily to get the liver benefits. There’s something inherent about caffeine that is helpful to the liver.”

3. She Free-Dives With Sharks

amfAR Gala Cannes 2022 - ArrivalsLionel Hahn/Getty Images

Dobrev loves free-diving with sharks and is an outspoken proponent of shark conservation. “If you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I love free diving with sharks,” she captioned an Instagram video. “I used to be afraid of them until I got into the water to try to get over my fear. That's when I realized how uninterested in humans they are. Since then, I've gotten to be in the water with so many different kinds of sharks, and it’s been a dream of mine to swim with Tiger sharks specifically, which I FINALLY got to do with @oceanramsey & @juansharks.”

4. She Loves Bread

Celebrities Visit SiriusXM - March 5, 2020Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images

Dobrev is not interested in a carb-free lifestyle—the actress loves to eat bread. “Sometimes you eat the bread basket, and sometimes the bread basket eats you 🥖,” she captioned a tongue-in-cheek Instagram snap. “Traditional sourdough undergoes a slow fermentation process, the result of which is an increase in the bioavailability of the bread’s vitamins and minerals,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “This process also starts the breakdown of protein (including gluten), making sourdough easier to digest. Research suggests that the fermentation process improves the bioavailability of fiber and minerals. This is because a naturally occurring compound found in grains, called phytic acid, is broken down and this enables us to access the grain’s nutrients more readily.”

5. She’s a Yogi

"Run This Town" Canadian PremiereGeorge Pimentel/Getty Images

Dobrev has a background in gymnastics and is a regular practitioner of yoga. “Despite popular belief, yoga is more than just a physical practice—yoga is a complete program of how to live in the world,” board-certified internal medicine physician and registered yoga teacher Ingrid Yang, MD, tells SELF. “You never hold any posture for too long; therefore, if you dislike a posture, you know you’ll get to move on soon enough. And if you love a posture, you learn to let it go because you cannot dwell in only the things you like—the next posture will be called out soon enough. Thus, it teaches us the natural rhythms of life. When you are uncomfortable, you learn to sit with discomfort because you know it will pass. When you are joyful and want to hold onto something, you learn to let it go because things inevitably change.”

6. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Louis Vuitton's "200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries: The Exhibition"Phillip Faraone/WireImage

Dobrev loves to mix up her workouts, enjoying a “workout cocktail” of running, yoga, boxing, weight training, and walking her dog, Maverick. “I’m getting older and more conscious of what I eat and how I eat it and what I do,” she says. “Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system. I need to sweat every single day somehow, even if it’s just in the steam room. Some days are better than others, I’ll be honest with you. Some days, Maverick gets a shorter walk than she probably deserves, if I’m running late or don’t have it together or press the snooze button 18 times too many.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”
